Back in the day
THE STORY OF HOW WE STARTED
As a child, I always knew I'd have a career in the fashion industry. I remember talking to mannequins at Remicks and telling them if I liked their outfit and if I didn't, I'd recommend a change. I guess at 7 years old I was ahead of the show "What Not to Wear".
While in college, I started taking Amtrak to NYC with my mom, and I'd purchase items to sell at a local flea market on the weekends. This helped put me through college. Upon graduation from Bentley University, I decided to open a store front in Quincy, MA, my hometown.
After a few months, we outgrew our small store front and moved around the corner. We've moved a few times and have been at our current location since January of 2017. Retailing has changed and we've adapted by participating in pop-up boutiques.
